Honeymoon

The Honeymoon Cocktail is essentially an apple brandy sour, boozy and sultry but balanced with fresh acidity.

Ingredients

• 60ml Apple Brandy
• 15ml Benedictine
• 15ml Orange Curaçao
• 15ml Lemon Juice
• Garnish – Lemon Peel

Instructions

• In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour the apple brandy, Benedictine, Curaçao and lemon juice.
• Shake well.
• Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
• Garnish with a lemon peel.
