A simple summer blackberry cocktail, served in individual shot glasses.
- 4 fresh blackberries plus more for garnish
- 30ml Gin
- 15ml Simple syrup
- 15ml Fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup Finely crushed ice
- Muddle blackberries
- In a cocktail shaker, shake together gin, syrup and fresh lemon juice until well combined.
- Add the muddled blackberries and shake again.
- Divide crushed ice into 4 tall shot glasses filling to the top but not packing the ice. Pour cocktail mixture over crushed ice. Top each glass with one blackberry. Serve immediately.
