Coffee Tonic
The combination of bubbly tonic and the bitter espresso combine to make a drink that is complex and surprisingly refreshing.
Ingredients
- 250ml Black Coffee Concerntrate
- 250ml Gin
- 250ml Tonic
- 125ml Syrup
- Garnish – Lemon Slices & Rosemerry Sprigs
Instructions
- Blend gin, tonic, syrup and ice until frosty.
- Freeze for 1-3 hours and then divide evenly into 4 glasses.
- Garnish with lemon and rosemerry.
