Coffee Tonic

The combination of bubbly tonic and the bitter espresso combine to make a drink that is complex and surprisingly refreshing.

Ingredients

  • 250ml Black Coffee Concerntrate
  • 250ml Gin
  • 250ml Tonic
  • 125ml Syrup
  • Garnish – Lemon Slices & Rosemerry Sprigs

Instructions

  •  Blend gin, tonic, syrup and ice until frosty.
  •  Freeze for 1-3 hours and then divide evenly into 4 glasses. 
  •  Garnish with lemon and rosemerry.
