Dark & Stormy

The Dark ’n Stormy is a simple but delicious two-ingredient cocktail of dark rum (the “dark”) and ginger beer (the “stormy”). It’s usually garnished with a lime wedge. But any way it’s served, the Dark ’n Stormy is tasty and refreshing.

Ingredients

• 60ml Dark Rum
• 90ml Ginger Bear
• 15ml Lime Juice (Optional)
• Garnish – Lime Wedge

Instructions

•  Fill a tall glass with ice, and add the rum.
• Add the Ginger Beer and lime juice.
• Garnish with lime wedge.
