Grapefruit Basil Gin & Tonic

The grapefruit emphasises the sweet citrus flavours of the gin, and the basil highlights the fresh clean finish

Ingredients

• 50ml Gin
• Premium Tonic
• Slice of Pink Grapefruit
• 2 Fresh Basil Leaves

Instructions

• Fill a large balloon glass  or highball glass with ice.
• Pour Gin over the ice.
• Top up with tonic.
• Garnish with the pink grapefruit and basil leaves.
